I've got the design schematics laid out to build a shuttle. Nothing fancy, definitely not warp-capable. Just something that could maybe ferry sick or injured people around in a crisis, or keep them up in the air out of a fight if the buildings aren't secured. I'm stumped on the propulsion system, electricity wouldn't generate enough power, and last I checked there's no dilithium lying around. I'm open to suggestion.
